    Beijing XingZhongHai Certified Public Accountants Co. Ltd (XZHCPA), based on former ZhongHai Certified Public Accountants Firm, was founded in May, 1999 as approved by fiscal Bureau. XZHCPA is a separate and independent legal entity with registered capital RMB two million.
